Sports Training & Development
The Sports Training and Development Program is the most valuable and critical component because sport activities are where the Program attracts, captivate and retain the attention of the participants.
During the sports training phase participants begin to demonstrate their physical abilities, character and work ethics. While the participants are enjoying the sport activities the Coaches are assessing the unique characteristics that each participant possesses.
1. Group training
2. Private training (one on one session)
3. Club Teams (travel team competition)
4. Youth Leagues (local)
5. Health and Fitness (Nutrition)
6. Weight Training (ages 16 – 18)
Once A+ Sports Academy leadership has developed a trusting relationship with the participant and his/her parents/guardians, the academic and life skill achievement begins. A+ Sports Academy offers various academic and life skill courses to include but not limited to:

While Sports Training is the most critical component of the programs, Academic and Life Skill Achievement is the essence of our program design.
